Man do I love Oc & Lau! And this one? Food is just as delish as the original. More spacious. No waiting. Attentive staff. DELICIOUS FOOD.

The bud and I got WAY too much food, but there were sooo many options! Sea bass hot pot, crawfish fried rice, fried fish spring roll, and the mango escargot squid salad?! Definitely too much for two ppl, but well worth it.

Flavors were on point. Staff was on point. And their quickness in food delivery to the table?! Unmatchable. Definitely gonna come back again (and again). 5 stars!

You'd think that by the time they open a second location, they would have perfected everything already. But nope!

This place is located where old brodard used to be. Inside, it's divided into 2 sections. One area has a bar and a few tables (maybe 10?), but if you want a hot pot then you can't sit in this area.  You can order everything else though.

The other area is where the line is at. I think this is bad use of space since you have one side with all the empty tables while the other side has a long line. You're wasting real estate value here!!

Not sure how well the bar does, but it seemed slow to me that night.

Now the food - we ordered Thai hot pot, mango house salad (their best dish there), and some glass noodles with crab (definitely do not get this dish).

The service was so slow. We waited forever for someone to take our orders. Nobody refilled our water. Had to keep flagging them down and they took forever to bring out the food.

I don't know what free dessert they had that day but it was soooooo good.

The wait to get seated is definitely a lot better than the first location, but you end up waiting longer at the table to order and to get food and to pay. It doesn't seem as organized as the first location.

My go to orders are: rau muong filet
Bo dam sau rieng (ask for extra durian)
    Soft shell crab
Ca cuon ( fish spring rolls)

Service is great here, we always sit at the bar

We like the canh ga (wings) but wish it was sweeter.

Overall food and vibe is great and absolutely deliciously! My family and I got the following items:

    1) sea bass hot pot (really good! The fish is so buttery and the soup is sooo tasty. *drools*
    2) mango squid salad (tangy and sweet w/ a kick of spice) really yummy but portion too small.
    3) razor clams, scallops & bloody clams. I love the garlic clips but again, portions too small for a table of 6
    4) butter garlic escargot. Powerful flavor without being too overly salty. Delicious!
    5) prawns with coconut: sweet shrimp with some eggs. $6 a prawn is extremely overpriced though.

Overall it was a fun and great place for groups since it's really loud and everything can be shared. The only complaint is that it was super hot eating hot pot with poor ac ventilation. But I will be back again with my friends next :)

The food is "okay" based on our orders.  The sea bass was fresh but the broth was subpar which kinda ruin the dining experience...way too sour with a strong tamarind-like flavor and it didn't have enough of the kaffir leave flavor (it was suppose to be Thai inspired tom yum)

Came on Sunday 1pm using the yelp- queue wait list which was about 10 min long, so it's pretty good!

Surprisingly, the only item I truly enjoyed was my ca phe sua da !  Bold flavor and strong without the overt sweetness of condense milk.

Overall it was ok enough for me to try again but I would not order the same thing next time.   Service is not good enough as it should be...hard to flag down a wait staff and it takes a while to get their attention.
